Lindsay
Lindsay began teaching yoga in 2018 after completing her 200-hour training. She then completed additional training in prenatal and postnatal yoga. She is on track to complete her 500-hour certification by the end of 2024.
Known for her calming presence, Lindsay enjoys teaching slow flow, gentle yoga, meditation, and yoga nidra, but also appreciates the energy of an occasional vinyasa class. Her teaching focuses on helping students find peace and balance, both on and off the mat.
She says, "I love yoga because it quiets my mind. As someone who lives so much in their head, it's a relief to turn down the volume on the mental chatter when I'm on my mat. Yoga teaches me how to be a better spouse, parent, sister, friend, and neighbor."
In addition to teaching yoga, Lindsay is a Certified Integral Sound Healing Practitioner, postpartum doula, and childbirth educator. Outside of work, she loves singing with a community folk choir.
Lindsay will be teaching a Slow Flow Vinyasa on Thursday mornings at 9:30 am. With Lindsay’s slow flow vinyasa, you will unite breath and movement in a mindful, flowing sequence. This class is for ALL levels!

Peter Jones is a guide for yoga, meditation, breathwork, and manifestation in addition to his telekinesis practice. His training foundation is in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow, but his favorite class to teach is Chakra Yoga, where he guides students through poses that move energy through the chakra system, aligning and elevating them to operate at their fullest, all while helping students get to know and form an intimate relationship with their own unique chakras. Peter lives nearby in Springville, and is married with four busy kids.
