Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep", is a deep relaxation practice that guides practitioners into a state between wakefulness and sleep, allowing the mind and body to completely relax. Through systematic relaxation and awareness techniques, it can help release tension, reduce stress, and promote inner healing. Yoga Nidra cultivates mindfulness and a deep sense of peace, often equivalent to several hours of sleep.
